Selling my Schmolke SC FS scandium full suspension frame because It's too large (or maybe I'm just too small).
This is a perfect basis for super lightweight full suspension bikes. Extremely rare, in fact I've not seen another one in this colour.
The frame uses an integrated headset (not sure which size), frame size is 42cm (16.5") C/C, 48.5cm (19") C/T.
Disc only, but IIRC Schmolke can supply/sell V-brake compatible seatstays
Brand new Fox Float CTD Evolution shock with TFtuned bushings. 120mm rear travel.
frame + shock Weighs about 2420g on my kitchen scale, but that's with me balancing it so the number varies from 2390 to 2450.
No serial number, I checked the headtube, seat tube and BB, but didn't find anything.
Perfect condition except for very slight chainrub near the right-hand dropout and one litle chip which is shown in the last picture.
£500 shipped. (that's HALF of what the regular version costs, and that doesn't have anywhere near as good a shock)
EDIT : reduced to £450.
This post used to be part of my general clearout, but I figured it needed its own topic.
