S-Works M2, details please!

Maybe i miss the point, but to me this seems to be a rather regular S-Works metal matrix model from 1994.
There had been at least a few out there:

I do not have the S-Works catalog for 1994. Does someone have it or a link to an PDF?

In other documentation like the german BikeSportNews buyers guide 1994 I've only found a frame set:


Propably it was only sold as frame set?

Thanks joglo, you’re not missing the point, I just hadn’t seen many in the colour and wanted to know the year and if it came as a built bike (and if so what build) or frameset. Like you I can’t find a 1994 s-works catalog. I agree 94 seems likely, but why the 95 stamp on the frame?

Full xt groups set on mine, think it should have come with ridgid 1" forks, the ti stem has a shim to fit the steerer.sun rims and bars possibly been changed?

Thanks Bolt, that’s a nice bike! I think I’ve worked out that yours is a ‘94 and as you say came with rigid forks. The ‘super’ edition which I have (written on the top tube in front of the seat tube) came out in ‘95 as a frameset with FSX forks

I have a '95 S-Works 'Hopper which was sold as a frameset only. Same type of badging.
