I used to be a manager for a shop in town and next door was an opticians. We were constantly being hassled by old people that had wandered onto my shop by mistake and wanted their eye examination.
Some of them became quite agitated when we tried to explain that the opticians was next door.
Oh, and crapping a pound isn't unusual is it? Perhaps I need to call NHS direct.
