could be overbury's peak finder/cross fell, cable routing and fork crown look same and also the extra brace between seat stays under the canti bridge - shame about stuck seat post and drab paint job - frame looks enormous too - would be a stretch to stand over that one

It's a Saracen. There's a stamp in the usual place , top of the seat stay, and that tell tale brake hanger. Could be an Evans though.
