Retro Newbie
Hi

For sale is my Cannondale M500 Cad 2 MTB, I have owned this bike since new after purchasing it from a local shop in Lincoln Arrow cycles back in 2000, the bike has been used by myself as a commuter with the odd off road cycling at Sherwood pines.

Only selling because I have now bought a Trek full suspension MTB and a road bike so no longer have the need for it.

As you can see from the photographs the bike is in near original condition albeit with a few age related scratches, there are also some areas of corrosion on the frame which you will see.

The spec of the bike is as follows

-Size of frame: 18" 45.7 cm.
The frame is made of aluminum, weight - 11,30 kg.
-Wheels: 26 inch, Hubs: Coda, Rims: Rigida, made of aluminium
-Head set: Diatech
-Stem: Quick release Coda
-Bar: made of steel
-Fork: Original, made of steel
-brakes: cantilever Shimano Altus
-Saddle: BBB
-Derailleurs: Shimano STX - front, rear - Shimano Deore LX
-Chain: Shimano
-Shifters: Sachs 3x8 speed
-Brake levers: made of Aluminum
-Bottom bracket: Shimano - square type of axis
-Cassette sprocket: 8 speed Shimano HG

Looking for £160 as a new price

The bike is in Lincoln but my son lives in Kettering so could be picked up from either place.

Re:

Gents
I am interested in your thoughts on my bike and my pricing strategy.
I could do with your opinion.
In anticipation
