Still interested, with maybe a few bikes

Mike
yeah, bring a few ... as the course is so short more than one go is likely to be good .... we have done similar on a hill climb in Malvern town centre in the past, 151metres ... 1in10 not steep, some riders had 5 or 6 goes at that one..

That sounds good too. Would that be a CTT event?
If I haven't got it in the dratted CTT calender I doubt they would sanction it... could ask I suppose...

Can I just do the down bits?
There is a freewheel competition in Malvern just after xmas and a New Years Day 5 mile tt in Staffordshire that is mostly downhill... I will be doing that on a 65 year old New Hudson clubman single speed.....

Run the time trial as a CTT club event then you can have guests and the insurance is covered.

Get your club to run the event and you promote it.

Sounds like a laugh to me - especially that Beerdurance event... ;)

On the calendar (or it will be once we've got a 2017 one)

We cant get the track for a whole day unless I can charge accordingly or get sponsorship to cover the costs... its hired by the hour.

No bother - we can stack up a few laps in quick session then catch up with the beers outside!

;)
