I got some info from my 'source' (who may be here!!!LOL), he is more is a Gazelle expert but advises -
"Haven't heard of this brand before.
But looking at the decals (name Resident, stork), it must be from Den Haag.
It's clearly a Sparta bike: frame "out of one piece": front frame bent from one long tube, cut outs for head tube and BB-shell.
Sparta was the only manufacturer to use this technique.
I guess that Resident is/was a Sparta dealer or rental company from Den Haag, having a special deal with Sparta for "private label" bikes."
