Pat Adams was the main man behind Mountain Mayhem and certainly NOT a factory rider
so I'm guessing this was a publicity stunt for an exhibition at one of his events

the bike kit on it that predates the 1st Mayhem in 1997/98 (approx.) so must have been a semi Retro display even back then.

from what i have seen the bikes at Hope are ex race bikes.

Surely the easiest thing to do would be contact Hope themselves, very helpful and im sure you could find out everything you need to about the bike
