Mike have you checked out Raleigh Japan's website and catalogues?

I know they're modern renditions but they have been making Carlton and Raleigh reissues in 531 631 and 853 with using many of the classic schemes including the track and Ti Raleigh.
And very nice catalogues with plenty of history - shame it's in Japanese
