Raleigh Mirage, now reframed - help me identify the frame?

you all seem to need some lessons in frame spotting.

1. IGNORE the colour

2. match lugs, braze-ons, frame stops

3. look for more subtle things like pencil stays, tube width and so-on

DOnt just fink 'cos it gween its gotta be a Ralleey Underpants.

Didn't have time to look up the summit to spot any differences (my memory did fail me though as it's purple anyway), but I do know a bit about production and ecomomies of scale.
It's far easier to not decal the frames during production and only do this when bikes are assembled than to paint a different frame in a unique way. Painting is expensive and time consuming decalling is not. So colours may also hold true.

Carl.
