Sorted Quill stem 1" 120mm 10°+ possibly Flexstem?

I'm looking for something with a 22.2mm quill 120mm length c2c - 5mm either way, and 10° or more rise please

A flexstem would be a bonus

I think black would be preferred, but it depends what comes up.
