They are looking into it as we speak (I contacted them through Facebook). The dropouts are the same and the seat stay brigde as well.

On the purely aesthetic side, looks like a nicely balanced frame to me. What's the wheelbase? The position of the bracket between the wheels is like 'the golden section', if anyone is familiar with that? I guess this is perfect geometry for someone. If it's a design to cope with 'Paris-Roubaix' and such, it may have been designed to be used in conjunction with some prototype suspension-handlebar stem which took up a lot of vertical space but not much horizontal space? Just a thought...

i'd be surprised if this wasn't made in Belgium, according to this piece Litespeed only made stock sizes, specials and made to order's were built in Meise. Does it have a Merckx serial number?

I wasn't aware Merckx did their own titanium welding. Nice find!
