Powder coat with primer properties

I'd like to get a bike powder coated in white, then apply some paint of my own, not all over but small decorative bits, before getting it all clear coated.

So ideally the powder coat should work as a nice top coat and be able to take and hold rattle can paint plus clearcoat.

Any ideas?

Hmm maybe someone knows more than me but powder coats not great for paint sticking on, epoxy primer would be a good bet!

Why not get it clear powdercoated over the top?

I have a lot of mine done with base, then translucent, then clear powdercoat layers.

As long as the decals / other paint will take it and provided the coater knows his onions, they don't melt.

Im having a 3 stage frame done at the moment in night blue with a anti corrosion base, colour and a metallic clear top.
