Apologies if there is a thread for this, but I can't find one!
I'm thinking of smartening up my old Ribble bike. I would like to polish stem, seat post cranks rings etc. My question is how to do it best?
I have a bench grinder and I know I can get a variety of rings for it - fluffy, stiched cotton etc. Trouble is I've no idea which to use for what, or what compound to use.
I also have an angle grinder or a Dremel, both of which would give me more flexibility, but again i've no idea what kit to use on them or even it it's a good idea.
I suspect there will be a mine of info on doing this so can anyone help me please?
