Peanut Butter and Banana

Nice one John...walnuts sound a bit more poncy (poncey?) than Ryvita to be fair, but I am willing to give it a go (love walnuts  )

I'm assuming you cook your red onions before....or do you simply add raw red onions to your cheese sarnies ( presumably mature cheddar...although I guess a crumbly goats would work really well)

jam and cheddar cheese

or

marmite and butter on toast in a sandwich, left for a couple of hours, then eaten cold - it's chewy and delicious Very Happy

O71....clearly you are a Mentalist

toasted ciabatta with brie, bacon and cranberry sauce.

or peanut butter and jam sarnie. they do these frozen ones in the states called uncrustables. you can stick it in your jersey and then munch on it when its thawed. bloody delicious.

Toasted Peanut butter, ham, cheese and tom sauce, lovely :D or bacon and brie with chilli chutney(the boring alternative)

this is my staple everyday double-decker sarnie

➡️ 3 slices of warburtons seeded batch / hovis equivalent / other granary-type-affair
➡️ 4 slices of decent ham - honey roast / breaded
➡️ plenty of cheese mature cheddar or more recently wensleydale with pickled onions in it! :)
➡️ salami / pastrami / other fancy foreign cured meat
➡️ lettuce, tomato & salad cream...

it works..... really well :) nothing fancy, just what a sandwich should be!
