Pantour suspension hub - elastomer replacement

My elastomers have lost integrity and are no longer fit for purpose, replacements seem to be impossible to find, so, does anyone have a source to prove me wrong? I would love to be wrong.
Or a suggestion of what could be used to create a replacement?
