Painters for Frames?

This has probably been covers but the latest post I can find is 2018 ; can anyone recommend a painter/ sprayer to completely refinish a 1998 Orange Clockwork frame and forks?

Thank you both, I really want to return it to as near possible its original finish for the year 1998 /1999- complete with decals and ‘slime green’ paint.. does anyone know where decals can be purchased and the RAL code for the paint?

I had a look, they are indeed amazing

Note that RAL is a small subset of the colours available, most colours on bikes are not RAL, although some RAL might be close.
