Point taken, but for the benefit of others it does make it seem to the uninitiated that ALL Pace frames are dodgy which is blatantly not the case. They are very light race frames that if hammered can have issues but no more than anything else engineered to fine tolerances (on the limits of too fine!!). Sure some failed at the BB/seatube area but each circumstance needs looking at individually...how much did the rider weigh, what was he doing at the time, was it an F2, F3, F4 etc.

As we all know, many lightweight alu frames break eventually or after abuse, Cannondales, AlpineStars, Kleins blah blah blah some were engineered so finely they broke very easily (Manitou)....


p.s not in any way annoyed, in case it came across that way :LOL:
