Sorry for slow reply, this is my bike, stolen in Glasgow in 2019, didn't want to spook the seller.

A good news story, I eventually persuaded the police to come with me and meet the seller who handed it over without question.
In fact he seemed a decent fellow who was looking for the original owner.
It's now back home and in pretty decent condition, apart from the saddle
