A kid we used to go riding with got given one by his parents… we called it the Craptivator from day one we were oh so posh on a Fire Mountain, Lava Dome and a Bear Valley. Funnily enough he didn’t ride with us long, possibly because of the piss-taking, possibly because it was such a shit riding bike.

I had one as my first 26 inch wheeled bike.

Yes it was horrid but without it I wouldn’t have discovered cycling which led to buying a RTS in 95.

I do actually fancy one for nostalgia but they truly are crap aren’t they.

Here’s the one I sold for £5.08 a few months ago, must be the summer of the activator . I enjoyed getting it working. Amazingly the ‘suspension’ actually moved too

Couple of months ago I was round a mate of a mates house to look at the brakes on his modern bike and sat at the back of the garage was an Activator 2, much like @d8mok says it got him into cycling and he'll never get rid of it for sentimental/nostalgic reasons.
Honestly they're even shitter than I remember but what really got me was the sheer weight of it, must be 40lbs at least. Plastic coated pig iron everything though so probably not that surprising.
