Orange R8 - time for some Halifax steel

So the LBS messaged to say they'd done the brakes this morning - and I happened to be out that way - and the sun was shining - so I took it for a test ride :)

One very happy camper :) Gears need a bit of tweaking - the indexing is a little bit out.

Feels great - used the SRAM carbon wheels and they spin very easily - and I might play with the bar height a little....

So the forks have been for a quick Wadsy mini-service.
All I have to do is work out all the knobs - it appears you have to twiddle the Flight Control knob and make sure Albert Select+ is off - just to put the air in it.
The Durin SL was much simpler to drive :)

Anyway - post ride wash-down - looking rather nice with it's new Magura sticker in blue.

A white seatpost?
Answers on a postcard then..... who makes a circa 210g carbon 27.2mm x 400mm seatpost in white?

I had the Syntace P6 lying about doing nowt - it's not getting swapped unless someone karmas me something equivalent :)
