Orange Clockwork - Help please!

Hi all, I've got this 14" Clockwork frame and I've started building it up with spare bits, but it seems I'm missing something in order to fit the rear cantis?
I think there should be a raised rear cable guide, or maybe it's meant to have v brakes?
Does anyone know what I should do here?

pls ignore the rusty bits, they won't be staying!

Go with the v brakes, if you have them. It's the easiest solution

I had a very small clockwork that I built for my wife. It had a mount that sat between the slot in the seat tube and the seat post binder bolt that the cable routed through for canti brakes..

That looks exactly like what my build had fitted which I believe was original spec.
