Hi can someone confirm the year of my bike

the frame number is A1086890

cheers

I think the serial number would make it a August 1991 frame. ;) The more I see your 'O' the more I want it! Super bike mate.

Hopefully you're proud of how's she's scrubbed up, ;) what an amazing transformation - stunning

I, for one am jealous, she's a beaut

yeah well pleased was hoping it would be quite easy as was mainly just grubby but well looked after.

just a few niggles now like the outer cable i used on the back brake is slightley too long cant bring myself to leave it so will change that tonight and fully true the wheels once ive had a spin

Definately a later one judging by the top tube cable routing - I'll guess at the frame number being something like A108 XXXX (Aug '91)...... but happy to be proven wrong! :D

Looks great now you've cleaned it up. The RC35's look much better. Wasn't far off my guess at the month of frame manufacture either.
My orange/ white fade ( Now Fibbles'!!) is frame number A108 6840
..... only 50 out from yours!!
The 19" wasn't quite right for me so it's being rebuilt on a 17" frame. (A9102 0020).... making it #20 from the first batch of 'O's.
There was a discussion on 'O' frame numbers and batches here -

Here's a peak...
