Hi there, can't go much wrong with a Clockwork, they're almost bombproof. Mine sat in a damp garage/cellar for well over a decade before I rediscovered biking. It looked battered but the frame was sound and only needed new cables, chain, and all the rubbery bits to be quickly road worthy again.

It's good the LBS can fix the hanger. I was wrong about those pedals – look a similar shape. Good luck getting back into riding again!

Hi and welcome, Really what you've got there - its a superb starting point...

It's quite an easy DIY job - might be worth removing the mech first and check the threads have not got ovalised or damaged when the mech was whacked or crushed - then bend it back - I think I remember doing this with a big adjustable spanner once but it wasn't good for the paint :facepalm:
