Need Help Identifying Bike

The EO in the diamond is the makers mark (of the BB). Looking at it again I wonder if it is a Belgian generic frame built for a bike shop for them to decal it up with their name....common practice in those days and would account for the lack of Panto / features.

Might never get to the bottom of the original maker

Thanks for letting me know.

The bike is very light and looks good and the Mavic GP4 rims are nearly new with brand new tubs on them.

As I said I was given it and being honest am looking to sell it, I wonder how much it is worth?
