Most despised feature on modern bikes?

The numpties who ride them

And what about those of us who have an eclectic mix of old and new in our "stables? "

 That's SO unkind Ed!!!!

And there was I congratulating myself on being flexible and adaptable!

i find it just as funny the people who insist on using flat bars but have 2inchs of spacers under the stem

because I want bar ends too   I got flamed for bar ends and riser bars...

Hydro-formed frames. They sound like they should have wings!

What was wrong with round? :?

(or at a push square? ;) )

Oh, and 5" of travel on hard tail bikes......what's that all about then?

What I realy dislike about modern bikes is....

.....anything that makes them weigh less than old bikes.....

.....anything that makes them go faster than old bikes.....

......and anything that makes them rust less than old bikes!

Ho hum... yet another modern bashing thread.

Anyone ever thought about starting a thread celebrating 'retro' bikes rather than constantly (and wrongly in many of the above posts) berating modern innovations? Or am I wrong to expect a bit of positivity every now and again?
