Lug Identification... Italian 1980's...🤔

Does anyone remember/recognize this lug manufacturer with the SR logo from the 1980's and used by many Italian builders and also Raleigh.They also made/ modified seat posts for Columbus Air tubing...??

I have the same investment cast seat lug with the web on my 1983 Raleigh SBDU Services des Courses 753 frame, it's the only one I've seen with this lug, Raleigh SBDU went on to using Cinelli lugs instead.
