Litespeed Vortex Compact 2005,small. Rebuilding advice.

I hope that it’s ok for me to post in this forum? I’m hoping to buy a Litespeed Vortex Compact 2005,small. I’ll be rebuilding it this year, fitting the correct year decals. But with a full dura ace 9000 group set, not to sure about the wheels yet, semi aero? Any advice on building it appreciated.
