Have not had the time (guts?) to take the bike off road yet; just been tinkering with it.
The question that popped up while riding it on paved roads though is whether the rims I'm running (narrow FIR EA10 'Speedy') are actually meant for MTB tyres..
Moreover, I'll see if I can replace the small sprocket(s) with some with less teeth for better gearing and would love to be able to use a set of suitable bar ends. Thumbies also require some getting used to for someone that has always been using STIs
I did replace the skinwall tyres by a set of blackwalls in the meantime, which gives the bike a completely other look. I'll see if I can get some current pics up this weekend.
