The world record it broke is the women's MTB speed record. This isn't actually the record-breaking bike but a replica, apparently there were a number of replicas made and the spec on Giovanna Bonazzi's original bike is different. On Kleinanzeigen the seller cannot put "0" or "make offer" so he's putting 1 euro but wants people to throw random prices until one sounds nice and pretty.
