No dents, cracks or bends. I would certainly benefit from a complete strip, clean and rebuild.

I took a punt on this as I think the frame is plain guage 531

Picked it up tonight, he was a genuinely lovely chap. Will have a proper look at it in daylight tomorrow and start a separate thread for it.
