Is there such thing as canti to u brake adapters?

As I’ve learnt that u brakes wont fit on canti bosses, I’ll see if the Rb hive mind can shed some light on this. I’ve researched and found nothing on people putting u brakes on canti bosses. Is there such thing as an adapter? As @FluffyChicken said u brake bosses are in and up a bit.

Would you have to remove the bosses and machine an adapter to fit? Would you have to reweld the whole thing?

So are u brake bosses bigger or are they in a different position?

Position of bosses is not at all the same with U brake and Canti.

Those are Rollercam specific forks and my u-brakes wouldn't fit

Oh, never heard of an adapter, and I can't imagine such a thing ever existed.

In the scheme of things, U-Brake and Rollercam went a dead-end, but Canti became V-brake.

What you want to do is something the planets and stars are not aligned to deal with. Ever.

Does anyone have a u brake frame and could maybe to some measurements?…

The posts are in a different place so a ubrake would sit way too low on a canti frame

It’s why I would need measurements would be a nice thing to try
