The phone came to me as an insurance replacement a couple of months ago. I've totally wiped it back to factory settings. It has no branding on it so I assume it's unlocked to any network but I've only ever used it with my Vodafone contract.
Upgraded yesterday to an iPhone 5 so no longer needed.
Phone has a few very light scratches to the back and 1 which is a little deeper (about 5mm long) but all in keeping with it being used.
The insurance company sent it to me in plain brown packaging so will be dispatched in a iPhone 3GS box. It does come with an aftermarket charger which has seen better days but works.
