I stand corrected on the pedals sir, good call . Having read up on these on Velobase they would seem to be very unusual indeed (if a bit dodgy in the quality department sadly).

I think the c/set is a STRONGLIGHT 93 BIS as the arms don't have Stronglight embossed on them.

No, they're 105 bis.

The 93 arms had a straight profile from the spider boss to the pedal eye. The 105 had slimmer arms that curve out slightly to meet the spider boss. While some iterations of the 105 had a "STRONGLIGHT" logo cast into the flute, others (including the one I pictured above) had a stamped logo.
