It does, stamped under the BB is 3E and 58 which is the frame size I believe
What does the 3E stamping mean?

It's my belief this was made in Italy by Billato for Rentmeester B.V. / Concorde, 3E is their code for Aelle tre tubi. Any Billato from this era is worth keeping in my opinion.
