Sorted Hope hub adapters

Looking for non boost 15mm hub adapters for the front & Quick Release adapters for the rear - drive side only on the rear would be enough.

These are to fit Hope Pro2 EVO but it looks like they are the same for Pro2 & Pro4 hubs.

I have one front axle 15mm adapter in black. The other two are for a 17mm dia axle but look like evo 4 or 2 qr? I know that they don't fit my pro2.

The "other" two look like rear QR adapters, which I need. I will have to pull my existing wheel out and check (my driveside adapter has split).

Not sure if a single 15mm adapter will help me....
