Here comes the Summer Sunn ! C'est FIN !

Re:

I hate to ask but what do they spell ? I had a couple of 531c Peugeot road bikes . Both broke at the bottom of the seat tube . Nearly bought an RMO Gitane a while ago . Always liked Sunns though . Just never got around to getting one til now . There's some nice french mtbs on the BotM this month too

I won't have a French bicycle in my shed. But I am a man of letters.

Thats a very sweeping statement!!! :D
Are you sure you wouldn't like to reconsider?????

Lovely Sunn by the way ;)

Re:

Thanks for the kind comments chaps ;)

Decided to make some progress with the build today .

Here's a taste of what's to come , so sign out now if it offends !

Still here ? Nice , then I shall continue .
This build is mainly reusing the parts that was on the Bontrager Privateer that I built up . Sadly proving too small , and moved to a better place .

Starting to look bike shaped now

The stem is a temporary measure , as I'm about to get another less roady one  , along with the front brake hanger , and some bar end plugs , so here is how it looks this evening .

The idea of cantis on a '98 frame may horrify some , but I like the look of them and when set up well , are as powerful as I'll ever need , I hope  and even the rear hanger looks better in practise than I'd imagined

Hope you like it as it stands ;)

Oh, and the paint still needs touching up , just the bare metal , mind
