Help with REW Reynolds.

I've now heard that woodrup cycles may have made frames for REW Reynolds.
They used the same nervex lugs.
It's going to be the frame number that holds the secret as most frames like this have just 4 digits.

Yeah OldNed it was a guess with Wilsons. The W's on classic lightweights, Woodrup, Whitcombe and others.
