never seen a hanger like that on an Amp fork. is that a bolt on or integrated? can you share better pics of it? :)

It's a welded hanger, bolt on ones came a little later.

as I know that's not exactly AMP - that's fork maded by AMP for Mongoose or Univega (cromoly stanchions, AMP in forks branded by their own logo had alloy stanchions)

Those forks fits perfect to elevated stays frames IMO - I'm planning to put my NOS one to one one of them soon :)

still an Amp fork, considering it's made by them! ;) this is an early F1 fork with one piece welded legs, as you mentioned in steel. i have one as well but the hanger is bolt on. as well as several later F2/F3 forks with alum legs.
 
Definitly maded by them, just impossible to find AMP branded forks with cromoly legs - that's what I mean :)

Yeah F1's, I've also had F2/F3's... great forks.
