I've now got 4 estays all by different manufacturers and your rear brake bosses aren't on the top tube of the rear triangle but rather the lower one .... Is it designed for a U brake?

I've never seen a U-brake on E-Stay if it is.

I'm assuming all the cables run along the down tube with a very short drop to the bottom pull front mech... via a pulley wheel.

Yes it's a U-brake frame and has a pulley for the front mech.

Haro farmed out their BMX Ti frames, so no reason why they didn't do it with these frames too. Also the fact that only 3 Ti Extreme frames are known to have been built!? it makes sense.

Using an oversized bar and stem on this retro beauty would be a crime... wash your mouth out Pops. Also it's an Evo headtube, so I would need a fork, stem, bar and shim or shims, that's without the fact it's an '89 frame, which would then be running an ahead front end. Apart from that, all good mate! ;-)
