GTA 1 was awesome, 2 was more of an expansion pack than a sequel. III was awesome for a modernisation but was pretty clunky, vice city was awesome, san andreas was just a vice city 'supersized' but the vastness of the maps made it a sandbox where you could do anything you wanted! IV, it has to be said was a bit of let down... maybe less so if it wasn't subjected to 8 months + of delays because the ps3 couldn't handle it (if rumours are to be believed) & rockstars contract stated it had to be a simultaneous release across all platforms. (again, if rumour is to be believed)
V should be awesome. the online side of the game needs a lot of work, IV could have been brilliant online but it was shocking & if they try and make me pay for online content or season passes on V I will simply throw it on ebay & give up on the franchise. xbox gamers need to unite over the paying for a season pass idea because we are already paying for our live access - fair enough charging a couple of quid on psn as it is free to use but a stand needs to be taken IMO!!!
