GT STS disc brake hose run?

Contemplating running discs on my sts as I have a rear end that takes an adapter (got one of those too). However I can't seem to work out what the best hose run will be.

I'd need to drill out the cable guides (it's the frame with external guides) to take the small screws for fitting a hose guide to them, or alternatively with the mech cables fitted the hose does fit between them so I could cable tie the brake hose to them to keep it in place. Other thoughts when doing this include running the front mech cable along the top, though there is no guide on the seat tube.

Either way, once the brake hose leaves the frame, what would be the best cable run to get it to the calliper? Anyone done this?

I may stick to vs as I can then use the spin wheels I've hoarded, but I have some spinergy disc wheels if I go down this route, but I want a neat cable run.

Any thoughts?
