Motorized Mountain Bike - Pitbike | eBay
This is a 50cc 2 stroke powered full suspension mountain bike. I bought an off the peg 2 stroke kit and adapted it to fit the bike along with making a proper sprocket that bolts to the rear disc mount rather than clamping to the spokes which i didn't like.

I wouldn't claim to be particularly well versed in the law regarding motorised vehicles, but it doesn't seem convincing that this counts as pedal assist when it appears to have a throttle.
