Gt Ali frame identification

Hi, I'm having difficulties working out what this frame is, what is throwing me is the tube bridge rather then a cnc ali piece?

I know its not a Zaskar as its stamped 7005. It must be V-brake era as there's no cable bracket on seat tube and single derailler hanger bolt. Gusset is under downtube, no integral seatpost clamp.

I've trawled bikepedia for ali models and googled everything i can think of but cant place it.

Spent many hours on this! Hoping a bit of knowledge out there can point me in right direction!

Hi,

Earlier frames up until around 94/95 had an ‘x’ piece welded between the 2 rear stays behind the seatpost, e.g pantera / avalanche. This appears to be newer so my guess would be a tempest/arrowhead , but there are people on here waaaay more knowledgable than me that will be able to give you more info!
