frame identification - help, please

Dirt Disciple
I would like to build a new project with this steel frame and raised P2 fork, using Magura HS33 hydraulic rim brakes.
I'll probably set up a full 99' Sh. grey LX groupset 3x9...
Does anyone know what frame it is?

Thanks guys, the frame is in non-original color and marking. Certainly it isn't Heavy Tools. I wanted to find out if anyone could recognize him by the head tube, the back structure, geometry etc...

For the steel one is surprisingly light - the frame weight is 1.47 kg (3,24 pounds).

Re:

Can you picture it with these decals...

Thanks! If I don't find the manufacturer, it will be called ReBike (as recycled :)). ...something like this:

The color will be raw steel with transparent powder coating, or powder coated chameleon (if the stripped welds will not look good).

Are you sure it's steel as that's bonkers light for steel (in my humble opinion)!? You sure its not something like Titanium?

I wish :)! But welds doesn't look like a titanium. The fact is that such a lightweight steel frame was only from Ritchey and a few garage workshops. The frame is quite small - 18'' seat tube from centre to the sleeve...
We'll see when I strip it with a Dimethyl Formamide.
The frame has so many interesting details that I thought someone would recognize it.
Other detail - on the upper frame tube, the location of the hydraulic pipes was certainly foreseen in the middle of the cables. ...so hydraulic rim Maguras as default.
