Wanted Frame and (rigid) Forks, 15-17"

Hello all. I've been tasked with building a resto mod type ride for a friend and im struggling to find a suitable frame to get me started, so thought I'd ask on here.

Not too fussy, although it would be great if it was in reasonable condition, and comes with a rigid fork. Something from the second half of the 90's with a 1 1/8 steerer would be great too, but not essential. Would need posting to Norwich too.. Let me know what you've got, thanks in advance!
