I spent 13 years working in social care, and can tell you from bitter experience, when it's a supported holiday you don't get any more money even though it's a 24 hour day. :twisted:

where i work , they get paid loads when they do sleep ins and have to wake up .
they get paid too , when taking kids abroad .
