cycling on the pavement

I certainly don’t. Nor ever have.

A guy chased us up the hill near the A23 and collapsing in a ball of sweat took us through the incredibly light and incredibly expensive components on his bike. We rolled our eyes inwardly.

Ant said ‘did you have a poo before you left this morning?’
Weight weeny guy = very confused…. ‘Er…..no’
Ant ‘well I did and it lost me at least two pounds of unnecessary weight…’

Our local canal (TPT) has a section where the path splits.

One side is signposted for cyclists and one for walkers.

The walking side is a lovely snaking path next to the canal in the sunshine.

The cyclist side is a shaded very dull partially muddy path.

Guess which one EVERYONE with a dog walks on.

In hear from friends and other users in the area, that the York ones are so effective that the terror of wheelchair users has now been reduced, mainly as the bollards block any way for them to get past.

Why York thinks it has a terror problem, nobody knows. It already has a wall around it to stop the intruders. Apart from the Ghosts and they just pass through it all anyway.

I like the rising ones for drivers, so much fun to watch the videos, if you're on Twitter follow @worldbollard

That slow cooking pot hole is also useful once you've had your food. You can dump in it and let it cook sanitise your poo.
