Classic Holdsworth Road Bike

Hi all,
My late uncle was very passionate about cycling and renovated this classic Holdsworth bike as well as being mid way through a Harry Hall racer before he sadly passed away. Could anybody give us some information on it at all please and an idea of value. The bike is absolutely immaculate as show on the photos. My auntie may have to sell it although I am hoping to persuade her otherwise. Apologies if this is in the wrong forum section.

this is a really nice classic Holdsworth Professional from maybe around 1975, I guess, faithful renovation by the looks of it with nuovo record group and large flange hubs. I would think it should be worth £1K or more if in the UK. You need to be patient to get a buyer. You might want or expect more, but there seems to be a declining market for steel frame road bikes, even very good ones, it is sad! I've just renovated a 1979 holdsworth myself in about this size or else I might be tempted. Mine is not as faithful as this one, but I have been using it for nearly all my commuting since 1982 in 4 countries and it has had 2 full renovations in each case including repair of the frame. Steel is the ultimate eco-material. To illustrate I provide pics in its functional state. You can see I am making concessions to practicality like moustache bars, road style modern mudguards and dual pivot brakes. It's set up as 7 speed with barcon. I would say that despite the mods it is about the best looking commute bike around! (Maybe I am partial)
