Cinelli frame with Record/Sora/600 components

Hello! I have bought this bicycle for 200 euro with nice Cinelli frame and Frankenstein High quality parts. Is that a good deal? What is the best I can do for this bike to restore it ?

Looks quite decent for 200 euros, but I don't think it's a cinelli. Lugs and fork crown seem to have an engraved "G", and I can't make out what is engraved in the seat stays caps. Looks good though, maybe tidy up, change a few components to the correct age, and ride!

That's a cinelli bb shell - generally only used on high quality frames. It's not a Cinelli frame though otherwise it would say cinelli on it, and have the cinelli "C" on the fork crown.
Looks like it says "Villais" on the stay. Unusual to have a different initial/ word between stays and lugs. I did a quick Google of Italian (looks it to me) manufacturers starting with a g, and the weird villais, but got nowhere

I read the cap as Villata. Yeah definitely a quality Cinelli bottom bracket shell, unfortunately they were used on lots of bike brands.

Any frame builder could buy the Cinelli shell, not every bike with a Cinelli shell is a Cinelli though ;-)
